Amazing Grace Pie
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all but the 2 cups shredded coconut, in a blender.
- Grease 2 (9-inch) pie pans.
- Divide mixture into the pie pans.
- Let sit 3 minutes, then sprinkle 1 cup per pie of the coconut.
- Put in preheated oven and bake until golden brown.
- (Coconut makes its own crust.)
