Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. chopped apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cream sugar and oil.
  3. Beat in eggs. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and add to creamed mixture. Mix well.
  4. Stir in apples and vanilla. Bake in large greased pan for 30 to 40 minutes.
