Instructions
- Cut the margarine into flour as for pie dough.
- With a fork, mix together the egg yolks, sour cream and vanilla.
- With your hands, form a firm dough.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 4 equal parts, working with one piece at a time; roll out thin on a floured bread board.
- Cut into 2-inch squares and cut a slot in the center.
- Bake in a 350° oven on ungreased cookie sheet 10 to 15 minutes.
- Bake only until light brown. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
