Ingredients

  • -1 french baguette
  • -3 chopped and seeded tomatoes
  • -1 chopped onion
  • -1-6 clove of chopped garlic
  • -1 tsp basil
  • -2 tbs olive oil
  • -8 oz mozzerella cheese
  • -4 oz good parmesean cheese, shaved or grated

Instructions

  1. Cut the baguette into 12 equal pieces. Preheat oven to 375 and then when it is hot, place the bread slices on cookie sheets in the oven and turn it down to about 250F and bake until golden brown, about ten mins. In the meantime, place all other ingredients except cheeses into a bowl, stir and refrigerate.When the bread is done, spread this mixture on each slice of bread, top with cheeses and put back in oven until cheeses are melted and starting to get bubbly.
