Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the drained crushed pineapple, Cool Whip, and sugar to the cream cheese and mix well.
  3. Cut the cookies in half.
  4. Fill the cookies with the pineapple mixture.
  5. Let the assembled cookies stand in the refrigerator for 8 hours before serving.
