Instructions
- Remove crust from bread and cut into cubes.
- Place in an oblong baking dish. Pour milk over bread cubes and gently mix. Add coconut and mix gently.
- Spread some coconut on top.
- Put in 350° oven until coconut is lightly toasted.
- Cool and cut into squares.
