Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 3 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1 to 2 limes

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Add salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste.
