Ingredients

  • 2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 jar currant jelly
  • 1 small jar yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Roll the sausage into 1-inch balls.
  2. Place the sausage balls on a jelly roll pan.
  3. Bake at 500°F until done, about 7 minutes.
  4. Melt the currant jelly and yellow mustard together.
  5. Add the cooked sausage balls to the melted mixture.
  6. Serve warm in a chafing dish.
