Ingredients

  • 6 oz. box orange jello
  • 4 c. apple cider
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. chopped apples
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • juice and rind of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot cider.
  2. Stir in raisins and cool. Add remaining cider and chill until slightly thickened.
  3. Add rest of ingredients and chill until firm.
