Sweet and cinnamon-spiced apple slices nestled around cinnamon rolls create a delightful breakfast or brunch treat perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Grands refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 1 peeled, cored and sliced Granny Smith apple
  • 1 T. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 T. reduced fat melted butter

Instructions

  1. Arrange each cinnamon roll in a round cake pan.
  2. Dip each apple slice in melted butter, then in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  3. Place an apple slice between each cinnamon roll on all sides and around the outer edges.
  4. Bake according to package directions.
  5. Top with the included icing and enjoy!
