- Beat eggs, oil and sugar together.
- Blend in remaining ingredients.
- This makes a stiff batter so beat well.
- Fold in chopped apples, Angel Flake coconut and chopped pecans.
- Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
- Makes 1 tube cake or 2 loaf cakes.
