Apple Dipple Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 large apples, chopped
  • 1 c. Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, oil and sugar together.
  2. Blend in remaining ingredients.
  3. This makes a stiff batter so beat well.
  4. Fold in chopped apples, Angel Flake coconut and chopped pecans.
  5. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
  6. Makes 1 tube cake or 2 loaf cakes.
