Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 medium apples, sliced
  • 2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2/3 c. water or milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°.
  2. Heat butter in a round pan, 9 x 1 1/2-inch, in oven, until melted.
  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Arrange apples on sugar mixture in pan.
