Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. sweetener
  • 2/3 c. powdered skim milk
  • 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Peel, core, and quarter 1 apple.
  2. Chop the apple in a blender.
  3. Add cinnamon, sweetener, powdered skim milk, and water to the blender.
  4. Blend in 8 ice cubes, one at a time, until smooth.
