Ingredients

  • 1 can apple or cherry pie filling
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Layer the pie filling in the bottom of a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Spread the crushed pineapple evenly over the pie filling.
  4. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly on top of the fruit layers.
  5. Melt the margarine and drizzle it over the cake mix layer.
  6. Bake for approximately 45 to 50 minutes until the top is golden brown.
