Instructions
- Place flour, sugar and salt in bowl and mix.
- Add butter and shortening.
- Mix until it resembles a coarse meal.
- Slowly add water and mix until it comes together.
- Gently press dough into a ball.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out dough on lightly floured surface and fix into 9-inch pie plate.
