Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 12 oz. frozen unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Bring the cornstarch in the frozen unsweetened apple juice to a boil and cook until it thickens.
  2. Add cinnamon and butter or margarine to the thickened apple juice.
  3. Mix the mixture into the chopped apples.
  4. Pour the filling into a prepared 2-crust pie and bake until golden brown.
  5. Serve with any kind of frozen berries or fruit, if desired.
