Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 large box vanilla cook pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
  • 4 cups sliced apples

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, oleo, and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  2. Pat this crust mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Layer the sliced apples over the crust.
  4. Prepare the vanilla cook pudding according to package instructions.
  5. Spread the prepared pudding over the apples.
  6. Top with the tub of Cool Whip.
  7. Chill before serving.
