Apple Scones

- Heat oven to 425°. Grease cookie sheet. Mix baking mix, apple, brown sugar, ginger, milk and egg until dough forms.
- Do not overmix. Pour onto surface dusted with baking mix; roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into a ball; knead 10 times. Place dough onto cookie sheet and pat into 8-inch circle. Brush with milk. Sprinkle with sugar. Cut into 8 wedges. Bake 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
