Apple Tray

A fresh and creamy apple tray featuring colorful apple halves and a sweet cream cheese dip, perfect for entertaining or a healthy snack for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • apples

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese and add pineapple juice, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  2. Mix until smooth and serve at room temperature.
  3. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
  4. Slice green and red apples of equal size and shape into eighths.
  5. Core each apple slice.
  6. Dip apple slices in pineapple juice mixed with water or citrus juice to prevent discoloration.
  7. Piece apples back together as halves, alternating green and red.
  8. Arrange the striped apple halves onto a tray of lettuce leaves, circling the apple dip.
  9. Optional: add grapes and/or pears to the tray for variety.
