Apricot Candy Roll

Instructions
- Combine sugar, milk, apricots and butter in saucepan.
- Stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
- Stirring occasionally, boil until soft ball in water or 236°.
- Cool to 120°; add vanilla and nuts. Beat until stiff enough to knead; place on a board and knead until smooth.
- Shape in a small roll and refrigerate for several hours.
