Ingredients

  • 17 1/2 oz. can apricots, drained and chopped
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 packages jello (orange or apricot)
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 cup apricot juice

Instructions

  1. Drain apricots and pineapple, keeping the apricot and pineapple juices separate. Chill the drained fruits.
  2. Dissolve the jello in hot water and add the apricot juice. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the chopped apricots, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows into the jello mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a dish and chill until firm.
  5. Add the topping before serving.
