Ingredients

  • 4 dried apricots
  • 300 ml unsweetened grapefruit juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Soak apricots in water to cover until soft, drain & mix with some of the grapefruit juice in a blender.
  2. Heat remaining juice & honey in a pan but do not boil.
  3. Serve hot with a sprinkle of ginger.
