Ingredients

  • 1 lb dried apricots
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 6 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Soak dried apricots in 4 cups of water for 2 days, then add pineapple juice and cook slowly for 1 hour.
  2. Add crushed pineapple and sugar; cook for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour the hot marmalade into jars and seal with paraffin or refrigerate.
