Ingredients

  • 1 long thin loaf French Bread
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14-16 oz marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the French bread into 3/4 inch slices.
  2. Line up the slices flat on a large cookie sheet.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  5. Gently stir in the chopped marinated artichoke hearts.
  6. Top each bread slice with a rounded tablespoon of the mixture.
  7. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until the tops are golden.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. Optional: Cut the slices in quarters before serving for more bite-sized pieces.
