Church Supper Deviled Eggs

- Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- Remove from heat and cover the saucepan.
- Let the eggs stand for 15 minutes.
- Cool the eggs under cold water and peel them.
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- Refrigerate 6 of the yolks for another use.
- Arrange 18 egg yolk halves on a serving platter.
- Place the remaining 6 egg white halves and 18 yolk halves in a large bowl.
- Mash the eggs with a fork or pastry blender.
- Blend in the chopped green onions, red pepper, dill pickle, mayonnaise, curry powder, and hot red pepper sauce.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley, if desired.
- Refrigerate for up to 6 hours before serving.
