Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh asparagus
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 large red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Snip off and discard tough ends of asparagus.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add asparagus, bell pepper, season with salt and pepper and saute about 5 minutes or until crisp tender.
