Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. can creamed corn
  • 8 oz. whole kernel corn
  • 2 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Add butter, sour cream, creamed corn and whole kernel corn. Combine eggs and muffin mix and add to the above ingredients. Pour into a greased 7 x 11-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
