Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried onion
  • 50 g eggs
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 100 g cheddar cheese, grated (I like Colby)
  • 350 g creamed corn

Instructions

  1. Mix lightly until all the flour is just taken up.
  2. Don't overdo it.
  3. Lightly grease an 8" baking pan or use a silicon one.
  4. Bake 180 deg C till lightly golden brown and a wooden skewer comes out clean - maybe 30 minutes (shorter time in a tin, longer time in a silicon mould.
  5. Serve hot with cold butter.
