Ingredients

  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 1/4 kg ground lamb.
  • 1 large chopped onion.
  • 1 cup chopped parsley.
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 salt to taste

Instructions

  1. mix all ingredients together and let them cool for at least 2 hours in refrigerator
  2. if you are going to use grilling wood sticks, you would better soak them in water for about 1 hour.
  3. make the meat look like hotdogs and insert stick through them.
  4. one for each.
  5. grill them from each side.
  6. it doesn't take much time.
  7. enjoy it with rice, tahini sause and hot souce.
