Ingredients

  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O lemon flavor pudding and pie filling
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O lime flavor gelatin
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Bacardi light rum
  • 2 cups prepared Dream Whip whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Mix pudding mix with gelatin and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Blend in 1/2 cup of the water and the eggs.
  3. Add remaining water and cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in rum.
  5. Chill the mixture.
  6. Fold in whipped topping.
  7. Spoon into pie crust and chill until firm, about 2 hours.
  8. Garnish with additional whipped topping and lime slices.
