Bacon Bars

Instructions
- Stir cheese and bacon into dry mix.
- Prepare dough according to package directions for rich biscuits, substituting bacon drippings for salad oil.
- Knead as directed for rolled biscuits. Roll out to a 10 x 6-inch rectangle.
- Cut into six 10-inch strips, 1-inch wide.
- Cut each into thirds crosswise to make 18 bars. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
- Yields 18 bars.
