Ingredients

  • 34 lb leaves spinach
  • 34 lb red leaf lettuce
  • 14 cup pimentos, chopped
  • 12 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 12 cup crumbled bacon
  • 14 cup green onion, chopped
  • crouton, homemade if possible
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 23 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Toss all salad ingredients together.
  2. Chill for 1/2 an hour.
  3. Mix dressing and pour over salad at time of serving.
