Cunnetto's Salad
Ingredients
- 34 lb leaves spinach ⓘ
- 34 lb red leaf lettuce ⓘ
- 14 cup pimentos, chopped ⓘ
- 12 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded ⓘ
- 12 cup crumbled bacon ⓘ
- 14 cup green onion, chopped
- crouton, homemade if possible ⓘ
- 1 cup vegetable oil ⓘ
- 23 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 5 tablespoons sugar ⓘ
- garlic powder ⓘ
Instructions
- Toss all salad ingredients together.
- Chill for 1/2 an hour.
- Mix dressing and pour over salad at time of serving.
