Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 bacon slices

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except bacon slices.
  2. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
  3. Crisscross two half slices of bacon on each patty. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
