Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-cooked eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks, setting the whites aside.
  2. In a bowl, mash and cream the yolks.
  3. Add crumbled, crisp bacon, mayonnaise, margarine, mustard, and paprika to the yolks and blend thoroughly.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the egg whites.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours before serving.
