Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 5 slices bread
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage; drain.
  2. Tear bread into little pieces and place in a 9 x 12-inch dish.
  3. Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread.
  4. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, salt and mustard.
  5. Pour over sausage. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
