Baked Beef Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground steak
  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice meat.
  2. Make a batter with flour, milk, egg, 1/2 salt and pepper.
  3. Grease baking dish. Put meat in. Sprinkle with balance of salt and pepper.
  4. Pour batter over meat.
  5. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve hot. Serves 4.
