Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

Instructions

  1. Combine cornflake crumbs, pepper, salt, and poultry seasoning in a shallow bowl.
  2. Soak chicken breasts in skim milk.
  3. Dredge soaked chicken in the crumb mixture until fully coated.
