Baked Dove Breasts

Ingredients

  • 12 dove breasts
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Beau Monde to taste
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Dip dove in flour; fry until golden brown.
  2. Place in casserole and cover with the soup and seasonings which have been mixed together.
  3. Bake until done.
