Baked Goulash

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned
  • 1/4 medium onion, minced
  • 1 to 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 small pkg. macaroni, cooked
  • Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger and onions together.
  2. Combine with cooked macaroni and tomato sauce.
  3. Spread grated cheese (as much as desired) on top of combination in large shallow baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted and bubbly.
