Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Macaroni Noodles
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 c. Milk
  • 2 c. Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni and drain.
  2. Melt butter in a pan, remove from heat.
  3. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
  4. Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil while stirring.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir macaroni, sauce mix, and 1 1/2 cup cheese in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
