Ingredients

  • 2 Mahi-Mahi fillets
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter (unsalted)
  • 2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. tarragon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Soak the fish in a Ziploc bag of milk overnight. Drain the fish. Rinse and pat dry. Place skin side down in an oiled baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients. Apply the mustard bread crumb mixture to fillets. Bake at 350° until fish is done (approximately 20 minutes).
