- Blend
- together butter and sugar.
- Beat together vanilla, coconut
- milk and eggs.
- Add egg mixture to sugar mixture. Add milk
- and mix well, then add baking powder and mochiko and mix again.
- Pour
- into well-greased
- and floured 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Place
- on
- rack
- one level above center of oven. Bake
- at 350°
- for
- 1
- hour.
- Completely cool before cutting, using a plastic knife.
