Baked Parmesan Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces, weight Package Cream Cheese
  • 1 package (about 10 Oz.) Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed And Drained
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 whole Onion, Minced
  • 1 whole Garlic Clove, Minced
  • 1 cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 18 teaspoons Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer, reserving the paprika and extra 2 tablespoons of Parmesan for the top.
  2. Place into an ovenproof dish and add the extra Parmesan and sprinkle paprika over the top.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees till hot and bubbly, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Serve hot to spread on baguette slices.
