Baked Peach Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 c. sliced peaches

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Scald milk and pour over bread crumbs. Cool; add sugar, beaten eggs, salt and nutmeg.
  3. Mix and fold in sliced peaches.
  4. Turn into buttered baking dish.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
