Baked Pepper Shrimp

Instructions
- For each pound of shrimp, use 1/4 pound butter and 3 to 4 teaspoons pepper and juice of one lemon.
- Place shrimp one layer deep in glass baking dish.
- Evenly cover with pats of butter, pepper and lemon juice.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
- Serve in baking dish, letting each person remove shrimp shells; messy but delicious!
