Baked Pepper Shrimp

Ingredients

  • shrimp (leave shells on)
  • butter
  • black pepper
  • lemon juice (use fresh lemons)

Instructions

  1. For each pound of shrimp, use 1/4 pound butter and 3 to 4 teaspoons pepper and juice of one lemon.
  2. Place shrimp one layer deep in glass baking dish.
  3. Evenly cover with pats of butter, pepper and lemon juice.
  4. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
  5. Serve in baking dish, letting each person remove shrimp shells; messy but delicious!
