Ingredients

  • 1 rattlesnake, dressed
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the snake into 3-inch pieces and place in a baking dish.
