Ingredients

  • 12 oz. sea scallops
  • 4 oz. butter, melted
  • 1 oz. sherry wine
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Place scallops sliced in half in a pan.
  2. Salt and pepper the scallops, then pour sherry wine and half of the melted butter over them.
  3. Cover the scallops with fresh bread crumbs.
  4. Pour the remaining melted butter over the bread crumbs.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
