Ingredients

  • 5 lb. raw, large (16 to 20) shrimp in shell
  • 2 c. butter/margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh ground pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 to 1 c. lemon juice
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • French bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Place shrimp in large roasting pan. Melt butter/margarine in pan; add pepper and garlic.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and salad dressing.
  4. Pour mixture over shrimp and bake, covered, for 45 minutes.
  5. Stir once or twice while cooking.
