Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. scrod
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Romano cheese
  • 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Put a light film of oil in the bottom of a pan.
  2. Place fish; sprinkle onion over fish, then garlic, cheese, bread crumbs and basil.
  3. Sprinkle over with oil lightly.
  4. Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
  5. Do not o°ercook.
