Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef stew
  • 6 potatoes, cut in chunks
  • 6 carrots, cut in chunks
  • 3 onions, quartered
  • 6 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a Dutch oven.
  2. Cover and bake at 300° for 5 hours, stirring once or twice.
